We may collect personal information from our customers, such as name, address, email address, phone number, and payment details when you sign up for our services. This information is used to facilitate the dispatching services, invoicing, and customer support.
2.2 Billing Information
United Freight Dispatching Services collects billing information, including credit card details and other payment-related information. This data is used solely for processing invoices and payments.
2.3 Invoice Schedule
Our invoices are issued on a weekly basis, starting on Thursday at 6:00 PM EST and ending on Wednesday at 11:59 PM EST. Clients will receive their invoices via email or our secure online portal.
2.4 No Refund Policy
Please note that United Freight Dispatching Services operates under a strict no-refund policy for any of our services. Once an invoice is issued and services are provided, no refunds will be granted.
Clients have until Friday at 11:59 PM EST to settle their invoices. Failure to make payment by this deadline will result in a late fee of $50 per day, starting from Saturday onwards until the payment is received.
Clients and United Freight Dispatching Services have the right to cancel contracts at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party. In the event that the client fails to make payment by Monday at 11:59 PM EST and no resolution is reached, United Freight Dispatching Services reserves the right to cancel the services without prior notice.
If the invoice remains unpaid for two weeks from the date of service cancellation, United Freight Dispatching Services may take the following actions:
5.1 Reporting to FMCSA - NCCDB
United Freight Dispatching Services may report the delinquent account to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) - National Consumer Complaint Database (NCCDB). This action is taken in accordance with regulatory requirements and to ensure the safety and compliance of the transportation industry.
5.2 Legal Action
If attempts to resolve the outstanding payment are unsuccessful, United Freight Dispatching Services may take legal action to recover the owed amount. Legal action may include but is not limited to filing a lawsuit to pursue the outstanding debt and associated costs.
United Freight Dispatching Services does not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties, except as required for processing payments and providing dispatching services. However, we may share your information with trusted service providers and partners who assist us in delivering our services.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The revised policy will be effective immediately after posting, and your continued use of our services will be deemed as acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
